Pamela Gallina is a personal and executive coach. Pamela’s philosophy is that coaching presents a powerful relationship that enables individuals to achieve their highest personal and professional potential. As a Master Certified Coach, trained by the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the Robbins-Madanes Training Center (RMT), and the Strategic Intervention (SI Excellence) training program, Pamela’s coaching practice provides both individual and group coaching, which includes facilitating interactive workshops. After graduating from the Chopra Center in 2020 she added Ayurveda as an enhancement to her lifestyle coaching.
Pamela holds a BS in Journalism and an MA in Communication Research from Michigan State University, Mastery Level Coaching Certificates in Strategic Intervention, Marriage Education and Divorce Prevention, Total Breakthrough Training, Working With Women, and is an Affiliate Member, ICPA, at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Pamela is also a graduate of the Chopra Center as a Perfect Health Ayurveda Lifestyle Instructor.
